Shipping policy

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
- For Cash on Delivery (COD), orders are confirmed via call or message before dispatch

- Nationwide Delivery (Pakistan): 3β5 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout (if applicable)
- Any delivery charges paid are non-refundable
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or watsapp number
- You can track your order through the courierβs tracking system
5. Delivery Attempts
- Please ensure your contact number and address are correct
- If the order is not received, it may be returned to us
6. Delays in Shipping
While we aim to deliver within the estimated time, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Courier service issues
- Remote locations
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
7. Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
- We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
8. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 24β48 hours
- Provide clear photos/videos for verification
- We will assist you according to our Exchange Policy
9. International Shipping
- Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan
- International shipping is not available at this time
